Jesus Gonzalez began his career as a Plant Engineer for the Chemicals and Plastics Division of Union Carbide and subsequently transferred to the Linde Division. The Linde Division of Union Carbide became Praxair, Inc., a stand-alone corporation as a result of a corporate spin-off. During his tenure at Union Carbide and 25 plus years in the industrial gases business with Praxair, he gained a wealth of industry knowledge by participating in all levels of management. Whether fulfilling duties as a Corporate Purchasing Agent for Union Carbide or as a Senior Vice President for Praxair in charge of key global market segments, his hands-on approach and experience allowed him to gain a thorough understanding of every aspect of industrial gas production, distribution, and usage.
After retiring from Praxair, Mr. Gonzalez joined forces with another industry leader, Ken Miller, to form O2-N2 Consulting Group, an analytical, consulting, and training company providing services to industrial gas users, distributors, and producers.
Additionally, Mr. Gonzalez served as an Adjunct Professor of MBA Finance at St. Edwards University for 12 years.
Kenneth W. Miller

After graduating with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, Kenneth Miller was hired by Union Carbide as a Production Engineer for the company’s Linde Division. This was the start of a 30 plus year career in the industrial gas business. Throughout Mr. Miller’s employment, he held various positions of increasing responsibilities in production and sales management at Linde (now Praxair), Big Three Industries, Inc. (now Air Liquide America), ultimately retiring as Vice Chairman of Air Liquide America Corporation.
After retiring from Air Liquide, he partnered with another industry executive, Jesus Gonzalez, to form O2-N2 Consulting Group, which provides innovative solutions to industrial gas users, distributors, and producers. His vast experience gained Mr. Miller unparalleled knowledge of industrial gas operations, distribution, and usage. This extensive expertise allows Mr. Miller to assist users, distributors, and producers to enhance their bottom line through a more thorough understanding of the industrial gas competitive landscape, commercial practices, operations, and distribution.
